RingOffice supports common audio formats such as .aiff, .au, .gsm, .mp3, .ogg, .wav. The limitation on the audio file size is 3 MB for Web Self-Care. We recommend all audio files to be recorded in the following format: WAV (PCM, 8 kHz, 8 bit, Mono, Max size: 3MB)
