Change Your ProfileUpdate your availability status:

Change Your Self Identification MessageSet or update the name associated with your mailbox:

Change PINTo change your voicemail PIN:

Change Your Greeting MessageThis is the voicemail greeting callers hear. A professional example: “Hi. You’ve reached Rob at IT Networks. I’m currently unavailable. Please leave your name and number, and I will return your call as soon as possible.”
