If you have multiple DIDs or phone numbers associated with your trunk, you can add these in the “DIDs” tab in Trunk settings or from the “Inbound Rules” page which can be found in the dashboard menu to the left of your screen. On the “Inbound Rules” page, you will need to create your desired inbound call routing rules for each specific DID.
Configuring Outbound Rules
To be able to make outbound calls from your new trunk, you will need to make sure there is an Outbound Rule that allows for calls to be routed through your new RingOffice SIP Trunk / Business VoIP Lines. You can check/add this rule from the “Outbound Rules” page which can be found in the dashboard menu to the left of your screen. On the “Outbound Rules” page, if a rule does not already exist allowing calls to your trunk, you will need to create one. The simplest outbound rule must have at least 1 criterion for identifying calls the rule applies to. It must also have at least 1 Route in which you can select your RingOffice SIP Trunk.

Firewall and Router Configuration
We recommend ensuring SIP ALG or any similar features be disabled in your firewall to ensure that your RingOffice SIP Trunks function properly. You will also want to make sure that your router and firewall are properly configured for 3CX. This guide provides more details on Firewall and Router Configuration in 3CX.
